This policy covers encoreverse.com and karaoke.encoreverse.com (“Encoreverse”, “we”). We keep data collection to what the service needs.
Advertising and cookies
Free rooms and pages may show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Learn how Google uses data when you use partner sites: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ cookies at aboutads.info.
Ads are never shown over the YouTube video player. Premium hosts’ rooms do not show ads.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics (such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate region) so we can understand how the site is used and improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies (e.g. _ga) in your browser. We strip room join codes, emails, sign-in codes, tokens, staff PINs and promo codes from the page addresses we send. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. See how Google uses data from partner sites.
We also keep anonymous counts of feature use and errors (for example how many rooms were created, songs queued, or videos that failed to play), with no names, emails, or room codes, to fix problems and improve the service.
What we store
- Accounts: your email address, used to sign in and to send you account and recording emails.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only your subscription/pass status.
- Recordings: optional, microphone audio only (no camera). Recordings are deleted after 30 days.
- Voice score: only numeric scores are kept for the leaderboard; voice audio is analyzed on your device for scoring.
- Rooms: singer names you type, the song queue and settings, kept while the room is in use.
Videos
Songs play through the YouTube embedded player, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

Billing & refunds
