Billing & refunds
Cancel anytime, and you keep Premium until the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable. Party Pass lasts 24 hours from purchase and is non-refundable.
Premium Monthly
Premium Monthly renews automatically each month until you stop it. You can stop auto-renew yourself at any time on your account page (“Stop auto-renew”) or through “Manage billing”. After you stop it, Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. You can resume auto-renew before that date.
Party Pass
A Party Pass is a one-time purchase that gives Premium for 24 hours from purchase. It does not renew.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Use “Manage billing” on your account page to update your card or download invoices.
