A fixed room code and a TV link at /v/your-venue that never expires. Your venue's name shows on the stage. Open it on as many screens as you like; they all show the same stage and queue.

Up to 200 tables, each with its own QR code. Print a sheet of table cards from the venue's print page. Lost a card or want to retire old ones? Issue new codes for one table or all of them in a tap.

Guests tap Sing next to jump the line; the song is added to their table's tab at your price (any amount from $0). Set a per-tab limit, require staff approval per table or auto-approve, and block a table if needed. Payment is normally added to the bar tab and settled with the bill. Up to 8 slides with a title, a line of text and an image. They rotate on screen whenever nothing is playing, and play for 0–30 seconds between singers, never over a song. Wired or UHF wireless mics into your mixer give zero lag. Encoreverse doesn't carry vocal audio; phone mics are only used for voice scores and Premium song recordings.

Plus Wi-Fi or mobile data for guests' phones. Videos stream from YouTube, so a steady connection matters.

FAQ

How do guests pay for songs?

Paid songs go on the table's tab in the staff portal. You collect payment with the bill and tap Mark paid. Encoreverse doesn't process card payments yet.

Can I keep karaoke free?

Yes. Set the price to $0. Everyone queues for free, and your promo slides still run between singers.

Will my guests see other companies' ads?

No. Venue rooms never show Encoreverse consumer ads or sponsor breaks. Only your own slides appear.

Can staff control the queue?

Staff manage tables, tabs, slides and settings. Moving paid songs ahead is automatic. Staff-only skip/remove will be a venue-subscription feature Coming soon. Free and party rooms let anyone skip or remove songs, and venue rooms work the same way today.

Where do the songs come from?

From YouTube's karaoke and lyric videos, played in YouTube's own player. Some videos don't allow embedding and are skipped automatically. Public performance licensing for your venue is your responsibility, as with any karaoke system.
